Join us for upcoming info sessions to learn more about The Fields At Three Pillars. We offer sessions on campus and off - your choice! On-campus sessions include short riding tours with a stop at our model home full of all the furnishings you'll find in The Fields!

UPDATE - March, 2025

March update:

  • The Welcome Center interior work is progressing well, flooring is 90% complete, cabinetry substantially complete, door frames completed, and a second coat of paint is being applied. 
  • Zone 2 - Courtyard and Garden Homes have been connected to utilities. We are working on hanging cabinetry and other finishes. 
  • Zone 3 - Garden Homes: walls, roofs and windows have been installed in all homes. Work on mechanicals and insulation with drywall installation to follow.
  • Zone 5 - Garden Homes are underway with walls, trusses, and roof work.  
  • Zone 4 - East Loft: precast work is in porgress. Mechanical work is underway. All exterior backfilling has been completed.
    - West Loft: footings, foundation walls, and all pit work are under way. 
  • Zone 6 - Footings and foundation walls are complete. Many concrete slabs are complete with the rest on schedule over the next couple of weeks.
  • Maintenance building has been erected with interior MEP substantially complete. Waiting for electric and gas supply to be connected.  
  • Mini-storage building structure construction is complete.
  • WE Energies is working on getting electric and gas supply to all site locations.
  • Monthly safety visit reports have shown a very clean and safe construction site.

Securing Your New Home at Three Pillars

  1. Choose your desired home from our remaining independent living residences (we're over 80% reserved).
  2. Choose between two fee options - higher residency fee with lower month fee or lower residency fee with higher monthly fee.
  3. Reserve your new home by paying 5% of your chosen residency fee.
  4. Personalize your new home with custom finishes!
  5. Pay the balance of the residency fee when your new home is move-in ready.
  6. Move in and start your Three Pillars adventure - first phase opening in 2025!
  7. 90% of your residency fee is always there for you!

Whatever your future needs, 90% of your residency fee is there for you. If you need a higher level of care and move to assisted living at Compass Point or Riverside Lodge, your money is there for you. And, you have the incredible comfort of knowing you're in the top-rated continuing care community in Wisconsin

And, if you should ever choose to leave Three Pillars, your 90% residency fee comes back to you in full.
