There may come a time when you or a loved one need the services of a catered/assisted living community. The 75 residences at Compass Point offer a full continuum of living care to help assist as needs change.
All Compass Point apartment homes in our U.S. News top-rated community are one bedroom and larger and include cable, WIFI, utilities, and phone. You'll also find a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and microwave, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.

Compass Point has 75 apartments in varying sizes: three sizes of one-bedrooms, one size bedroom with den, and one size two bedroom.
Compass Point has three floors and is equipped with two elevators.
Yes, every apartment is ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible.
Pricing varies depending on level of care and a la carte add-ons.
Compass Point residents receive two daily meals included with their monthly fees. Adding a third meal would be an add-on to the monthly fee.
The Residency Agreement is signed prior to move-in and continues for a period of one year with automatic renewals. We require a 30-day written notice when someone is looking to vacate due to non-health-related reasons.
The security deposit is $1,500, which is refundable.
Every resident must have an approved financial application prior to moving into our community. Should they run out funds, and haven’t divested, Three Pillars will help them get on an alternate payor source (often Family Care/Medicaid).
There is no application fee, but you can pay $1,000 to become a member on our waitlist. The $1,000 is fully refundable upon request if you wish to be removed from the waitlist.
We have a chapel connected to Compass Point where weekly church services, classes and gatherings of different denominations are held.
We can help people set up a pill box, medication supervision or fully manage medications. Prices vary.
When someone no longer meets the admission/retention criteria, or is exhibiting any of the discharge criteria or anything else that may make them unsafe, we would discuss a move to a higher level of care.
Laundry may be included in your level of care, which is determined by a nursing assessment before you move in. If laundry is not included, this service can be added as an a la carte item.
Weekly cleaning service is included with monthly fees.
We can provide reminders if needed.
We MAY be able to accommodate a drop-in tour. However, we highly prefer scheduled tours to ensure we have staff available!
