Three Pillars Senior Living Communities is pleased to announce the hiring of Melissa Curran as its new Chief Financial Officer, a key member of the executive leadership team.
With over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting, Curran spent the past two decades working in the industries closest to her heart: healthcare and senior living. She brings robust skills in all aspects of strategic financial oversight and leadership. Most recently, Curran was Vice President of Finance at St. Camillus Health System, Inc.

MEMORY SCREENINGS: EQUALLY IMPORTANT AS PHYSICALS!
We tend to prioritize our physical well-being, getting assessments and related screenings performed as recommended while our cognitive health often gets overlooked. Because our memory and cognition are extremely vital to our quality of life, memory screenings are equally important as physicals.

THE FIELDS AT THREE PILLARS ENTERS 2025 WITH EXCITING UPDATES!
Here's a short construction recap and pics for January, 2025:
- The Welcome Center exterior stone and siding work is ongoing.
- Welcome Center interior work: door frames have been installed, the first coat of paint has been applied, and tile flooring work as begun.
- Zone 2 - Courtyard and Garden Homes are enclosed with operational electric and heat. We are working on hanging cabinetry and installing garage doors.
- Zone 3 and Zone 5 - Garden Homes are underway with wall, truss, and roof work on all homes.
- Zone 4 - East Loft foundation wall work is nearly complete. Pre-cast concrete will start mid-January.
- Zone 4 - West Loft footings work and excavation for pits has begun.
- Zone 6 - Footings and foundation walls are complete.
- Legacy buildings' exterior restoration is complete.
- Maintenance building has been erected with interior work ongoing.
- Mini storage structures construction is complete.
- WE Energies is currently working on getting electric and gas to all Fields locations.
- Safety tour reports have shown a very clean and safe construction site.
