Staff Appreciation Fund

Our Staff Appreciation Fund was established as a meaningful and direct way for residents, family, and friends to honor staff who make Three Pillars such a unique and nurturing place. We have a no-tip policy, which means residents and families are not able to give gratuities of any kind to employees.

In lieu of tips, our Staff Appreciation Fund is a wonderful way for people to show their gratitude. The fund allows Three Pillars to provide staff with gift cards, catered meals, and other perks throughout the year. The initiative also offers staff emergency funds to help them through financial challenges.

When you donate, you may include a note of special thanks to specific staff members, and we’ll let them know you gave a gift in their honor.
